  Update: Its been almost 2 weeks and getting the information and paperwork we need is nearly impossible.
  
  They haven't done any work yet, but I had to come brag on the manager, Tony. He came to give us a quote and was beyond friendly and helpful. I loved his professionalism and knowledge. I guess there was a miscommunication and another man from the company ended up coming too. That goes to show how "on it" they are. Can't wait to get our quote to see if we can afford to work with these awesome people!
