  This location has some employees that do not know the definition of customer service. I'm never a hard customer and I do not expect people to kiss my butt so it takes a-lot for me to write this. I ordered from a young african american man by the Name of William. As always I said: Hi! How are you. He rolled his eyes and said what would you like to order. Okay I let it go whatever I understand starbucks employees deal with a lot. I ordered my two drinks ICED with an extra shot of expresso. He didn't bother to tell me my total so after a minute I took a hint and inserted my debit card. After I paid he asked for my name. I said my name and he impatiently tapped on his ears indicating he can't hear me. I yelled my name and he rolled his eyes. I still let it slide and just continued with my process. I go to where this nice young lady was making the drinks. She hands me my drinks: and they are HOT. I told her the problem and she gladly said she will remake them. They did not add my extra shot of expresso but I was fed up already and left even though I had paid for them already..
  
  Point of the story: please make sure you train ALL your employees not just some. The young lady was going above and beyond trying to fix William's mistakes. The lyons location is 100 percent better.
