  Today, I moved my belongings into Extra Space Storage at 1301 S. Harlem Avenue, Berwyn, IL, and the day could not have gone more smoothly. The reason for that ease was the manager, Elizabeth Hernandez.
  
  From the day I went in to inquire about Extra Space Storage up to today, Elizabeth has been informative, courteous, and most helpful. Because of her, I know I made the right decision switching to Extra Space Storage.
